01Agreement
By accessing this website or engaging GRWW for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02Our services
GRWW provides design, development, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work agreed by both parties.
Proposals are fixed-price based on the agreed scope. Changes to scope may adjust the price and timeline, and we'll always confirm those changes with you first.
03Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components we bring to a project remain ours and are licensed to you for use within the delivered work.
04Payment
Projects typically begin with a deposit, with the balance invoiced according to the schedule in your proposal. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
05Liability
We deliver our work with care and skill, but to the extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
